This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application. Please read this policy carefully. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that only you can access your personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICESWe use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:- Supabase — cloud data storage (supabase.com/privacy)- RevenueCat — subscription management (revenuecat.com/privacy)- Apple — payment processing (apple.com/legal/privacy)We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their privacy practices.6. Last updated: May 20261. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMSBy downloading, installing, or using ShiftWise ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KIN SHAN WONG ("we", "us", "our").2. ELIGIBILITYYou must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.3. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS3.1 ShiftWise offers a 30-day free trial followed by an auto-renewable annual subscription of £9.99/year.3.2 Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.3.3 Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.3.4 You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.3.5 No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.3.6 Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes in advance.4. FREE TRIAL4.1 We offer a 30-day free trial for new users.4.2 You will not be charged during the free trial period.4.3 At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically begin unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.4.4 Free trials are available to new subscribers only. Previous subscribers are not eligible for a free trial.5. USER ACCOUNT5.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.5.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.5.3 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at [email protected].5.4 We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.6. ACCEPTABLE USEYou agree not to:- Use the App for any unlawful purpose- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App- Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYAll content, features, and functionality of ShiftWise, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by KIN SHAN WONG and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIESTHE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYTO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KIN SHAN WONG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.10. INDEMNIFICATIONYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless KIN SHAN WONG from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.11. GOVERNING LAWThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.12. CHANGES TO TERMSWe reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
